Multiline Achieves EcoVadis Bronze: “We Are Raising the Bar”
Sustainable business operations require more than good intentions. They demand time, discipline, and collaboration. Over the past months, our team has gone through a rigorous process to consolidate, substantiate, and make our policies and actions measurable. This effort has earned Multiline an EcoVadis Bronze medal, placing us among the top 35%. In this blog, you will discover the concrete actions behind our EcoVadis score.
An EcoVadis medal is an important recognition because it is based on what a company can truly demonstrate in terms of sustainable business practices.
Innovation and sustainability are our core values, so customers can expect a serious commitment from Multiline. That is why we approached this process thoroughly, with measurable actions, clear policy frameworks, and a structured approach that is ready to evolve toward a Silver medal.
Recognition for Sustainable Business Practices
EcoVadis evaluates companies based on documentation, policies, evidence, and implementation. Our Bronze medal reflects how we address topics such as environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Moreover, EcoVadis scores evolve each year. Benchmarks increase, and companies that do not continue improving risk losing their medal.
We therefore do not see this Bronze medal as an endpoint. We are embedding our efforts into our operations and are committed to taking further steps in the right direction year after year.
What Multiline Has Put into Motion
Multiline previously held a “Committed” badge. Thanks to the following actions, we increased our score from 45 to 67:
- Development and refinement of policies: environment, labor and human rights, cybersecurity, sustainable procurement, code of conduct, and internal mobility
- Implementation of sustainable procurement practices, including supplier evaluation criteria based on environmental and social factors
- Strengthening internal monitoring through a KPI dashboard and clear agreements on document management and updates
- Deployment of a waste management and sorting toolbox
- Calculation of an initial carbon footprint to measure our environmental impact
Ambition: From Bronze to Silver
Bronze is only the beginning. Our ambition is to progress toward Silver. This is a realistic next step, provided we continue to optimize and substantiate our efforts. We see significant growth potential in environmental performance and sustainable procurement, where the impact is substantial and where clients and partners are increasingly demanding more transparency.
