Light + Building October 2022
Every two years, the world’s leading trade fair for light and building technology opens its doors in Frankfurt. On a global level, Light + Building is THE place to be for the lighting industry. Due to well-known circumstances, the previous edition was unfortunately cancelled. In October 2022 it is once again possible to visit the trade fair without any restrictions. Naturally, Multiline will also be present and we are eagerly looking forward to welcoming customers and partners with snacks and drinks at our booth.

Three top themes
The autumn edition of Light + Building will take place from Sunday, October 2 to Thursday, October 6. The following three top themes have been chosen for this year:
- Green Deal & Sustainability: this theme focuses on systems that contribute to sustainably increasing the energy efficiency of buildings and cities. Topics such as the longevity of LED lighting, smart buildings and charging infrastructure for electric cars are part of this theme.
- Electrification & Digitisation: efficient planning, optimal energy use and comfort in buildings. Through electrification and digitalisation, technologies are becoming smarter and better coordinated.
- Light & Design: our favorite theme is divided into the topics well-being, sustainability, design and safety. Due to social developments, the influence of lighting on our health has become a hot topic.
The Multiline booth
For Light + Building, we designed our own booth of 110 m², which we also completely built ourselves. This booth is the perfect showcase for our new product lines. This edition we will present no less than seven new products:
– Offside (winner Design Plus award)
– Grip (winner Design Plus award)
– Snake
– Rekta 20
– Rekta 40 M
– Biko
– Nio
Offside and Grip have both won the Design Plus award, presented by Light + Building. The organization organises these awards in cooperation with the ‘German Design Council’. The winning products represent an original combination of design and innovative technology. All these products can be found at our booth in hall 3.0.
