Smart lighting for the new offices of Ardo
After an extensive light study, Multiline supplied custom-made luminaires for Rootbox, Ardo's new office building. Ardo is an international producer of freshly frozen vegetables, herbs and fruit based in Ardooie. The 'Rootbox' is the near-zero energy 5-story office building located between the production fields of Ardo.
Thinking along with the customer
What started with a light study as part of a tender, quickly turned into a nice partnership for the production and delivery of customized luminaires for the whole project: from the underground parking to the stairwell, from the offices to the meeting rooms and so on up to the top floor. Depending on the application and the interior design, each of these spaces received a custom-made luminaire.
Efficient project management for maximum unburdening
As with almost every project, Multiline was closely involved from the very beginning. After the tender and the light study, Multiline paid the necessary attention to relieving the customer by completing as many custom-made luminaires as possible. That way, Multiline takes care of all the technical concerns and the installer only has to focus on installing the luminaires.
Flexible lighting for flexible offices
Through the stairwell, illuminated by our Nhua luminaires, we find the flexible workstations on the upper floors of the building. The luminaires in the offices are tailor-made for the SAPP climate ceilings. Our Rekta 30 SAPP – 30BD is the subtle integrated solution here.
In the multi-purpose room, the demo kitchen and the cafeteria, the luminaires were installed between the wooden slats of the Hunter Douglas ceiling. Multiline took into account all the properties of this ceiling. For example, the height of the slats played a crucial role in the choice of luminaire: Rekta 40.
Challenging underground car park
The underground car park is equipped with very long luminaires: Rekta 80. The car park offers space for about 60 cars. The luminaires are custom-made according to the contours of the circulation areas and all the technical components are integrated in the profiles. Through DALI control, the customer can program the lighting in the car park according to his own wishes.
